If you have booked direct on our website, we have a 3 day cancelation policy. Any cancelations more than 3 days prior to the reservation will be a full refund. Cancelations within the 3 day window will result in equivalent to a 1 night stay plus fees. Bookings from other platforms have their own cancelation policy which can be upwards of 7 days.
Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Requests for early check in and late check out can be submitted to staff at hello@themillwaunakee.com or when making your reservation and will be accommodated based on availability.

We Have An Extremely High Standard Of Cleanliness For Our Properties And As Such We Do Not Rush Our Cleaners.If Your Property Should Be Ready Prior To Our 3 Pm Check-In Time, We Will Message You. For The Same Reason, We Do Not Offer Late Check-Out Times, As We Want To Ensure That We Have Ample Time To Prepare Our Rooms For Our Next Guest.
